Lx1.biz (hereinafter referred to as "lx1" or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between lx1 and its users. By creating an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Identity verification: lx1 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Single device/IP: Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all bets and transactions made from your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on lx1 are conducted in BDT. We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name only.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on lx1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of betting — Sports Betting, Live Betting, and casino games.

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a Live Betting cash-out option is available.
• Odds Changes: lx1 reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet remains incomplete due to a server error or technical issue, lx1 will make a decision subject to investigation.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum winnings from a single bet may be subject to a set limit, which will be specified on each event's page.
• Multiple Bets: For multiple bets placed together, all selections must win for the bet to be considered a winner.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed will be the ones that apply. If your internet connection drops during a live match, bets will be processed automatically — lx1 is not responsible in such cases.

Lx1 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals for its users. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 10x to 30x).
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Eligible Games: Not all games may be eligible for bonus wagering. The list of qualifying games will be specified in the bonus terms.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The welcome bonus is available to new users only. Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once. lx1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lx1. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and any balance may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Fraud: Any fraudulent activity, submission of forged documents, or provision of false information.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting.
• Corrupt Betting: Placing bets on match-fixing or corrupted events.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using systematic arbitrage betting strategies against lx1.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Account sharing: Sharing account credentials with others or placing bets on someone else's behalf.

Lx1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled and any valid balance may be withdrawn before the closure is finalized.

Lx1 firmly believes that betting is for entertainment purposes only and should never be treated as a source of income. Responsible gaming is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: You have the option to cap your betting amount within a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about the time and amount spent during your gaming sessions.
